Welcome! Here is this week’s meal plan for my family of 12.

This is Monday through Sunday. Thanksgiving week and decent weather all week. Snow is melting, could not of asked for nicer weather to hang up Christmas decorations outside. Replaced soggy pumpkins with our Grinch, set out our nativity scene, garland, a door wreath plus a few light up trees and oversized candy canes were a nice touch!

Wednesday

Had a pretty light day for meals because tomorrow is gonna be so heavy. So I went with our Tomato Soup & Homemade Bread. Also sat out our leftover pizza from last night if anyone wanted that.Turns out Pizza and Tomato Soup aren’t half bad! For Breakfast we had Breakfast Rice & Toast. So in my grocery order, I ordered 7 loaves of bread. Some I was gonna use for sandwiches, croutons and thought about throwing the rest in the deep freezer. In my grocery order I got 7 loaves of bread, but all of them were substituted with Texas Toast! My little one calls it the very big bread.

Saturday

I can see our Thanksgiving food going down. Our Beans, Mashed Potatoes & Turkey Gravy are non existent. Were down to about 6 Pies and enough cranberry sauce to get us through today. Were gonna continue to reheat and heat but need to get back to cooking some other foods now. It was fun! A couple of meatloaf’s should carry us through most of the weekend, then back to Bbq on Sunday Night for the Chiefs Game. Go Chiefs!
