Welcome! Here is this weeks meal plan for my family of 12.
This is Monday Through Sunday. There is no video this week on this meal plan. But feel free to checkout my other Grocery Hauls and Meal Plan Videos on YouTube Channel!
Last Sunday night was football night for us so we had our normal BBQ sandwiches and chips. (Go Chiefs!) I always make extra so we had leftover sandwiches for lunch on Monday. Hubby brought home some donuts for the kiddos from work Monday morning plus I was already cooking up bacon, so I set out some yogurt and fruit with it to.
Monday
B-Donuts/Muffins, Bacon, Fruit and Yogurt
L-Leftover BBQ Sandwiches (from last night’s meal)
D-Pizza, Popcorn and Chocolate Milk (Movie Night)
Tuesday
B-Cheese Quiche or Omelets, Bacon, Cantaloupe
L-Hot Pockets, GoGurts, Watermelon Chunks
D-Chicken Stir fry, Garlic Cheesy Bread, Leftover Sliced Cantaloupe if any
Wednesday
B-French Toast, Strawberries, Whip Cream
L-Leftover Chicken Stir fry, Watermelon
D-Poor Man’s Steak, Zucchini, Fried Potatoes, Homemade Bread/Rolls
Our Sandwich Buffet’s consist of all the fixings to make a sandwich. Everyone can pick what kind they want.
Thursday
B-Breakfast Pizza, Leftover Yogurt, Fruit
L-Tuna Sandwiches/ Sandwich Buffet
D-Spaghetti & Italian Meatballs, Sausage, Homemade Breadsticks
Friday we went to the library, a nature walk and the park. So we had a picnic lunch! I brought any leftover cut up fruit & veg’s we had from the week. (Watermelon Chunks, Carrots Slices, etc.)
Friday
B-Oatmeal, Sausage Links, Toast, Fruit
L-Picnic Lunch at the Park- Sub Sandwiches, Lemonade, Fruit
D-Taco’s (and all the fixings)
I usually throw 4-6lbs of hamburger into my crockpot and let it do the work for a quicker taco night! I have this Hamilton Beach large crockpot. It means business! Cooks way faster than my other one, so I have to make sure I don’t cook something to long.
Saturday
B-Cereal or Malt O Meal & Muffins
L-Hot Ham & Cheese, Cherries, Broccoli w/Ranch or Catalina
D-Baked Drumsticks, Cornbread, Baked Potato, Salad
Sunday
B-Yogurt w/Homemade Granola, Scrambled Eggs, Banana Bread Slices
L-BLT’s, Cottage Cheese
D-Ranch Pork Chops & Potato’s, Corn on the Cob, Grape Salad
