Saturday
Bought a whole chicken to make my homemade chicken and noodles. Saved some of that delicious cooked up chicken for subs on Sunday. Whipped up some fruit cobbler at last minute for dessert! Most Sundays I make a chocolate cake. But I feel like in the summer months I usually end up making more cooler, creamy type desserts, strawberry shortcake and not so much cake. Wanted to make a rhubarb pie, except this Sunday just called for a chocolate cake!
B-Baked Bacon, Fried Eggs, and some Biscuits & Rhubarb Jam…Yum!
L-Grilled Cheese & Bacon Sandwiches (leftover bacon from this morning.)
D-Homemade Chicken & Noodles/Fruit Cobbler
Some of our snack, and food storage bags are these adorable Mickey Mouse Ziploc Sandwich Bags! But we have several different kinds. Princess, Mandalorian, and Batman. We reuse them when we can but most of the time use just the great value brand sandwich bags for snacks from Walmart.
Sunday
B-Oatmeal, Simply Buttered Toast
L-Hot Chicken Subs & Cottage Cheese with Tomatoes
D-Beans & Cornbread…YUM!!!!/Chocolate Cake for Dessert
