Welcome! Here is this weeks meal plan for my family of 12.
This is Monday through Sunday. I will attach all links to that specific food if I got it from somewhere else and not my mommy brain, just incase your interested!
Monday
On Monday morning I had planned on cinnamon roll crescents but Walmart didn’t have any crescent rolls and I didn’t wanna make them, so I ended up doing cinnamon toast with our oatmeal. When I add Crackers and Cheese for lunches, it also has pepperoni or some kind of salami with it.
B-Oatmeal & Cinnamon Roll Crescents Cinnamon Toast
L-Crackers & Cheese and a Fruit Salad
D-Cheeseburger Macaroni & Instant Pot Green Beans

Tuesday
I like sometimes to make a dinner type of meal for lunches and this is what I did on Tuesday. Skillet Lasagna is a quick yummy meal that my kiddos love. My garden is giving us lots and lots of Lettuce so salad is always an option. This is also movie night for us, so pizza it is!
B–Breakfast Rice,Toast,Pumpkin Muffins
L–Skillet Lasagna & Salad
D-Pizza, Popcorn, Chocolate Milk

Wednesday
We had leftover pumpkin muffins from Tuesday so we ate that with our eggs and apples.
B-Scrambled Eggs, Bacon & Pumpkin Muffins
L-Leftover Skillet Lasagna with Turkey Sandwiches
D-Ranch Chicken,Mashed Potatoes & Brown Gravy,30 Minute Homemade Rolls,Corn

Thursday
B-Fried Eggs, Sausage Links, Biscuits (some kiddos made breakfast sandwiches)
L-Tuna Sandwiches, Lays Plain, (Salty, Greasy and my favorite chip with these sandwiches), Applesauce
D-Chili Dogs, Tator Tots with Bacon

Friday
When I put just sandwiches ,that usually means all kinds of things to make them.I will set out all the fixings, buffet style, and they can pick whatever kind of sandwich they want. I do the same with leftovers as well.
B-Pancakes
L-Sandwiches, Leftovers, Salad
D–Cheeseburger Sliders, Crinkle Cut Fries, Fruit Salad
Saturday
I had just enough leftover fruit salad from last nights dinner,so I cut up some more kiwi and bananas, added that to it and had it again for lunch! Its healthy and didn’t go to waste.
B-Key Lime Yogurt,Leftover Pancakes and Muffins
L-Baked Potato Bar,Salad,Beans,Leftover Fruit Salad
D-Spaghetti, Cheesy Garlic Texas Toast,Salad as an option.
Sunday
My soup carried on for the next 3 days, and was so yummy. We mixed it up with sandwiches and I was so very sad to see it go…
B-English Muffin Sandwiches,(ham, cheese, fried egg, leftover bacon chunks from chili dogs) & Fruit,(such as we had just a few apples, kiwi and bananas left from the week, so they could pick which one they wanted.)Also had about 5-6 Key Lime Yogurts left so I through them into the blender for smoothies!
L-Leftover Spaghetti(Baked),Corn on the Cob,Simply Toast with Garlic
D–Hamburger Soup…YUM!(One of my most favorite meals!),Cornbread
Meal Prep on Sunday for the following week.
Meal Prep on Sunday consisted of a LOT of prep. I hardly got to any prep last week, so I carried into this week. Clearly I did not get to all of it but I tried!
